1. Service Overview

Our service allows you to request products from Japan, including Japanese items, Korean products, and select international goods that can be sourced within Japan. We handle the sourcing, purchasing, and shipping of these products.

 

2. Product Requests and Availability

  • Product Requests: You may request one or more products through our Product Request Form. Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure accurate sourcing.
  • Availability: While we strive to fulfill all product requests, availability may vary. We will do our best to source the requested items, including Korean and international products if they are available in Japan.

 

3. Pricing and Fees

  • Handling Fee: Our handling fee is based on the number of items requested. Fees range from $10 to $20 depending on the quantity of products.
  • Product Cost and Shipping: The total cost includes the product price and shipping. We do not make any profit on the product cost or shipping, and we provide a transparent breakdown in your quote.
  • Quote Validity: Once provided, quotes are valid for a limited period. Prices may vary due to changes in supplier costs or shipping rates.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Process: The payment link will be included in the same email as the quote. The quote will provide a detailed breakdown of the price for each product (or the single product), the shipping cost, and our handling fee. Once the customer agrees to the quote and completes payment through the provided link, we will proceed with purchasing and shipping the product(s).
  • Currency and Transaction Fees: All quotes are provided in Japanese Yen (¥), with an additional 4% transaction fee to cover processing costs.
  • No Upfront Charges for Sourcing: We do not charge any fees for sourcing. Payment is only required after we send the final quote, as described above.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Global Shipping: We ship to most countries. If we are unable to deliver to your country, we will inform you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs vary based on location, product weight, and delivery speed.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated at the time of the order and may vary due to international shipping conditions. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Customs and Duties: The receiver is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and related fees, which are payable upon arrival in the destination country.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of each order, refunds are strictly limited to cases where there is verified damage to the product(s). Please note the following terms:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the product(s) arrive damaged. The customer must provide clear images showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Limited Refund Scope: If approved, refunds will apply solely to the damaged product(s). Delivery costs and our handling fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
